Roho Amani and Nia provide compassionate, culturally responsive mental health therapy for individuals and groups. Our holistic, strengths-based approach honors the mind, body, and spirit while integrating evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and spiritually guided reflection. We offer a safe, affirming space for clients to navigate life transitions, stress, trauma, and emotional challenges while working toward healing, clarity, and purpose.
We accept the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
Self-pay sessions are available at a rate of $106 per session.
Panel Discussions- The Lived Social Work Experience
The Lived Social Work Experience is a dynamic panel discussion series created for social workers and helping professionals to engage in honest, reflective conversations about the realities of the field. These discussions center lived experience, professional identity, burnout, spirituality, ethics, racial equity, and sustaining oneself in social work practice.
Each session offers opportunities to network with fellow professionals, connect with experienced clinicians and educators, and build community beyond the discussion. We provide refreshments and beverages, curated music, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages dialogue, reflection, and joy. These gatherings are intentionally designed to be engaging, affirming, and restorative—it’s professional, and it’s a vibe.
Panel discussions are offered at $15.00 per session.
Continued Education
Roho Amani and Nia offer high-quality continuing education opportunities designed to support social workers’ clinical competence, ethical practice, and professional sustainability. Our CEU trainings are culturally responsive, spiritually informed, and grounded in real-world practice, with topics addressing clinical skills, identity, burnout, racial equity, and holistic care.
Each CEU is offered at $20 per credit hour, with 3-hour CEU trainings available for $60. All courses are ACE/ASWB approved.
